Wonderful to travel to the island of Malta with my friend Geneve and discover a country I knew very little about. From the ancient fortified cities and rugged cliffs to the cosmopolitan harbour sides it was a wonderful trip especially with the insights from locals.
What was truly wonderful though was the ability to continue mentoring and coaching my event management clients from one side of the world to the other. The freedom to work from anywhere in the world is such a delight (and so easy) and some thing I have worked towards as I embark on a new way of doing business.
With Skype and email we could view the same files, work with a group in different places (many of my clients are in remote Australia) and keep the project on track and the key people motivated, supported and inspired.
What a privilege!
