I worked closely with Helen and her team and observed from start to finish the supremely active, energetic, skilled, intelligent and empathetic way in which Helen managed to deliver one of the best Indigenous programs the country has ever seen.
Helen is an oasis of professional arts administration in an extremely isolated area of rural Australia.
